So it’s not the most flattering photo but I thought I should share. Every Tuesday I work in the back kitchen prepping for our three locations, and my most dreaded activity is slicing the ABSURD AMOUNT OF RED ONIONS. On the plus side, it gives me an excuse to cry, which is always great. And I do look forward passing customers looking like a guerilla leader on my way to the walk-in every ten minutes to relieve my eyes.
