Fish slop

As promised I warmed up with Tegamaccio, an Umbrian fish soup that C insisted on adding prawns to (note to self/all: adding prawns is ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA. Add them to ice cream, I don’t care, I’ll eat it).  I snagged the recipe from a 2008 Gourmet magazine… it was super easy and relatively fast. Since I didn’t eat all day I had a giant portion with gratuitous amounts of sourdough. Like, half a loaf. Because I’m a superstar and eat accordingly.

That’s all for now… hamburgers are cooking and I am a totally lazy asshole who just wants to sit on my porch and smell food cooking and drink the Jim Beam that C brought over for me. So I’m gonna do that now. Byeeeeeee.
