Weeknight stir fry

Like I said before, stir fry hardly warrants a blog entry. But this week has been busy, or at least felt busy, and I needed a meal that could clear out the nearly-decayed mass of detritus in my vegetable drawer and feed me quick. C and I were hungry, and wanted a meal fast. Plus, I had some ground pork left over from that pastitsio that needed to get cooked up before it turned into a filthy pile of sludge… so obviously stir fry was the answer.

Radishes, celery, red onion, shallot, red pepper, garlic, some freakishly spicy pepper that C acquired from a friend, ground pork, parsley, and toasted sesame seeds. We quick fried it all in sesame and veggie oil with a splash of rice vinegar and a healthy helping of peanut sauce and red curry sauce. Easy. Awesome. Fun. C is out buying ice cream right now to wash it down with… and I’m a happy girl.
