Man, I’ve been so preoccupied with work and complaining about work that I haven’t been bothered for one goddamn second to think about my food blog… or, let’s be honest, food in hardly any respect. For the past several hazy winter weeks I’ve been surviving primarily on vitamin D supplements and whatever passing food object is likeliest to fit in my mouth with the fewest roadblocks. Read: microwaved potstickers, leftovers, and food that C makes me while I blink away sleep and attempt to stay awake past 7 pm. I don’t know what it is about winter, but so far it’s kicking my ass pretty well. The only meals I’ve managed lately are breakfasts when I don’t have work until 10 am, and then I don’t have time for dishes which means I won’t cook dinner (because the sink is already full and I can’t do the dishes twice is one day, DUH). I’ll be trying harder is the next weeks… maybe what I really need for inspiration is more Cheez-Whiz art!?
