Fun! But oh dear…I oh so often cook for all the wrong reasons. Altruism is a seasoning rarely used in my kitchen. Abject manipulation? Check! Passive aggressive punishment? Check! Oh yes, and the odd celebration, fun meal, what have you. I guess I just throw ALL the emotions in the pot…for good or bad, who knows??

So how come you never make these amazing dishes for your starving Dad? Your talent for cooking definitely did not come from my side of the gene pool, but I will take credit for your enjoyment of all kinds of foods.

    dear sally wolffsoup,

Sending a big appreciative clap for the REAL review today in the Weekly.

At last, the good and the bad, a review not a description. And eating local
is not always great. It is a mix. Feedback might make it improve and get
    sort of perfect.

Thanks and send this to Tim.

Fondly, a true food fiend………………Arlene Feld

Thanks, Arlene! I loved certain aspects of the Noodle Bar, and if anyone can take some constructive criticism it’s the capable team at Dashi. Thank you for visiting my blog!
